Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and efficient Back Office Executive to provide administrative and operational support. The Back Office Executive will work closely with the front-office team and ensure smooth business operations by managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with data management, communication, and reporting.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong ability to communicate in multiple languages.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Good working knowledge of computers and telephone systems.
Patience with customers and ability to handle tough situations.
Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
