• Maintain and update databases with accurate data entry.
• Compile and analyze data as required by management.
• Handle data extraction, verification, and validation for reports.
• Organize and maintain office files and documentation.
• Keep records of invoices, payments, and other office-related financial documents.
• Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and making travel arrangements for executives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operation and timely communication.
• Handle office supplies inventory and procurement.
• Process orders, invoices, payments, and refunds.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing.
