• Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assisting in supply chain, procurement, and logistics tasks if needed.
• Supporting finance and accounting teams with billing, invoicing, and recordkeeping.
4. Compliance and Reporting
• Ensuring that all records and processes comply with organizational policies and government regulations.
• Preparing and submitting regular operational reports to management.
5. Customer and Vendor Coordination
• Assisting the front office or customer service teams indirectly by handling back-end tasks.
