Job Description

DMS Software Management :

• Efficiently manage and operate the Suzuki DMS software for all dealership operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for customer inquiries, vehicle sales, and after-sales services.
• Update customer records and vehicle inventory in the DMS system regularly.
• Sales Support :
• Assist the sales team by managing sales-related data such as bookings, invoicing, and payments within the DMS.
• Generate reports on sales performance, pending inquiries, and sales conversion rates from the system.
• Track and manage customer follow-up processes, ensuring that enquiries are properly categorized (hot, warm, cold)
• Maintain proper documentation of all vehicle sales, transfers, and deliveries within the system.
• Generate periodic reports, such as vehicle sales, stock availability, and service performance, for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of vehicle ordering reports and other documentation as required.
• Ensure all customer interactions, transactions, and details are accurately recorded in the system.
• Manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for maintaining proper records of follow-ups and communications.
• Maintain and update service records, customer feedback, and warranty claims.
• Track and report on vehicle servicing details, pending services, and customer complaints.
• Assist the service department with reminders for scheduled maintenance and service follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
