URGENTLY HIRING FOR BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE IN AJMER!!

Job Title: Back Office Executive - Poultry Farm

Reporting to: Farm Owner

Job Summary:

The Backend Executive will handle administrative, operational, and data-related tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the poultry farm. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining farm records, and assisting in the daily operations by ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the owner.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bird count, mortality, feed consumption, egg production and other critical data.
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the farm owner covering production, health updates, and overall performance metrics.
• Track vaccination schedules and other health-related activities and ensure they are logged appropriately.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels for feed, medication, cleaning supplies, and other farm essentials.
• Manage inventory to ensure sufficient stock at all times and coordinate reordering when necessary.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and provide reports on stock utilization and wastage, if any.

3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Maintain relationships with feed suppliers, veterinary service providers, and other external vendors.
• Ensure timely purchase orders are raised, followed by appropriate documentation and record-keeping.
• Monitor the quality and timely delivery of supplies, addressing any discrepancies.

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain digital and physical records for all farm activities, including health logs, financial transactions, and operational procedures.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Act as a communication link between different farm teams (health, operations, cleaning) and the owner.
• Assist in organizing meetings, addressing queries, and following up on assigned tasks with team members.
• Respond to any emergencies and escalate to the farm owner when necessary.

6. Operational Support

• Assist in scheduling and planning farm activities such as bird vaccination, cleaning, or maintenance tasks.
• Provide back-office support for day-to-day farm operations by managing petty cash, and farm supplies, and assisting with payroll or administrative tasks.
• Help in optimizing operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.

7. Financial Management

• Maintain a record of all farm-related financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and expenses.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in the agriculture or farming sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), and basic accounting software; knowledge of farm management software is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle large amounts of data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Problem Solving: Proactive approach in resolving issues related to operations and vendor coordination.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily office-based with some on-site visits to the farm.
• Flexible working hours as per the farm's operational requirements.

Salary Range : 20K To 25K CTC Per Month
