  • Data entry in google sheet and Comapany software
  • Preparing Invoice
  • Collect and handle data.
  • Carry out fundamental administrative tasks, such as printing, emailing and obtaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate and assist the sales team.
  • Supporting the Front Office staff.
  • Process business invoices, bills and receipts.
  • Aid in management.
  • Office executive experience from prior employment.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office programs and computer operating systems.
  • Working familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Basic familiarity with accounting and financial software.
  • A Business Administration or related subject bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
