Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced After Sales Executive to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in after-sales service, customer support, and vehicle maintenance within the automobile sector. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships with customers post-purchase. There are no sales targets associated with this role, allowing the executive to focus entirely on providing excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing a seamless after-sales experience.
• Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance tasks for customers.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance on vehicle functionality, maintenance, and repairs.
• Service Follow-ups: Ensure customer satisfaction post-service and conduct follow-ups to resolve any ongoing issues or concerns.
• Warranty Management: Oversee warranty claims, process paperwork, and liaise with the service team for any required repairs under warranty.
• Parts and Accessories: Assist customers with the purchase of spare parts, accessories, and ensure parts availability.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, service logs, and warranty documents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of customer service.
• Training and Updates: Stay updated with the latest vehicle models, technologies, and industry trends to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in after-sales service within the automobile industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and automobile technologies.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and issues efficiently with a solution-oriented approach.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in handling customer records and service documentation.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with diagnostic tools and vehicle maintenance software is a plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and company priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
