Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles (1-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
