This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Sales Coordinator (Domestic & Export) at UNITED FIRE AND SAFETY SERVICES. The role involves coordinating sales activities, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling sales inquiries, managing orders, and providing support to the sales team. Qualifications
Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
Customer service and communication skills
Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Experience in the fire protection industry is a plus
Knowledge of export processes and documentation is a plus
Having Minimum Graduate with 2-3 years experience . Experience in Fire & safety or industrial items would be preferable .
