We are looking for a resilient, empathic Back Office and Coordination Executive(only smart Female candidates) for Coordinating with clients & Inspection Team, preparation of Inspection Certificate/Reports, Invoices and collection of payment as per the guideline of company within the stipulated time.
Back Office and Coordination Executive qualifications and skills:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree is required.
• Preparation of certificates/reports & invoices in stipulated time frame
• Good Knowledge of International Trade/Shipping terms and processes
• Any other work assigned by reporting officer/Manager
• Coordinating with inspectors & collecting daily reports from them
• Sending daily updates to clients
• Following up for outstanding payments
