Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Back Office Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Administrative Support:
• Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
• Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
• Data Management:
• Collecting, updating, and managing data in internal systems or databases.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data entries and records.
• Coordination:
• Supporting different departments (e.g., sales, operations, HR) by providing timely information and updates.
• Acting as a liaison between the front office and back office for seamless communication.
• Logistics and Inventory:
• Monitoring office supplies and placing orders to ensure availability.
• Assisting in managing logistics, shipments, and supply chain documentation (if applicable).
• Customer Support Assistance:
• Helping resolve customer queries or complaints by coordinating with the appropriate teams.
• Updating clients or stakeholders about the status of services or deliveries.
• Compliance and Procedures:
• Ensuring all back-office operations adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assisting in audits and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
