The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and proficiency in time management. Basic graphic designing idea will be preferred. As a Back Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our office.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain company portfolios.
• Conduct basic quality assurance and document proofreading.
• Manage data entry and update records accurately.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
• Travel within the city as required.
Requirements:
• Proficient in computer usage and office software.
• Basic understanding of design tools and principles.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Keen attention to detail for quality assurance and proofreading tasks.
