Job description We are a new ladies western wear brand in Saltlake, Kolkata. We are seeking a smart and confident female with strong communication skills to join our team in the role of Back Office Assistant. The ideal candidate should be tech savvy with client handling experience, responsible for maintaining the database and inventory, engaging with customers on social media platforms and managing the dispatch of products for our homegrown boutique. The ideal candidate should also have proficiency in social media, e-commerce and MS-Excel. Responsibilities:
- Offline client interaction, providing product knowledge and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain the database and inventory of products.
- Upload new products and content to the online platforms.
- Coordinating leads, Interact with customers and respond to queries on social media platforms.
- Overseeing ecommerce operations and utilizing advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Manage the dispatch of products, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Knowledge of MS-Excel for managing inventory and data.
- Basic photo editing skills for enhancing product images.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Basic understanding of Shopify for website handling.

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
- Fashion retail: 2 years (Preferred)
