We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Back Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of our hotel facility.
Job Requirements:
• Bill Management:
• Filing and maintaining all bills such as electricity, water, and other utilities.
• Ensuring timely payment of bills at the relevant offices.
• Customer Management:
• Handling customer check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintaining register entries, bills, and receipts.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Managing maintenance and repair of all room equipment, including AC, TV, phone, etc.
• Overseeing installation of new equipment.
• Inventory Management:
• Keeping inventory of all hotel utilities.
• Registering entries in both physical and computer records.
Skill Requirements:
• Communication Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Work Ethic:
• Positive attitude and dedication to work.
• Computer Proficiency:
• Proficiency in computer usage, especially in Microsoft Excel for data entry.
