Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry & Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and systems.
• Document Preparation: Assist in creating and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
• Reporting: Support the team in generating and compiling reports on a regular basis.
• Inventory Management: Track and update inventory or supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
• Correspondence Handling: Assist with emails, phone calls, and internal communications as needed.
• Administrative Support: Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and coordinate office operations.
• Customer Support: Handle internal or customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and direct to the appropriate department when needed.
• Database & File Management: Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for easy access and retrieval of information.
• Coordination: Assist in the coordination of tasks between departments, ensuring deadlines and schedules are met.
• Other duties as assigned: Assist in any other back-office or operational tasks as required by the team.
