We are looking for a Back Office Assistant who will oversee the daily operations of office and sites and had at least 1 years of Experience.

Responsibilities:
• Make, Update and Maintain database in Excel/Google Sheets as per process and schedule.
• Provide strong reporting and information support to the management team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Strong Knowledge of MS Excel, commands like V-LOOKUP, PIVOT-TABLES and other excel formulas and functions.
• Candidates with ERP knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
