Back Hand Sales Executive / Sales Co Ordinator

Job Description




Order Processing:
o Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
o Ensure that orders are complete, and all necessary documentation is in place.
o Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to fulfill orders on time.
Customer Inquiries:
o Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
o Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to provide sales materials and product information.
Data Entry and Maintenance:
o Enter and maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
o Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support effective reporting.
Sales Reporting:
o Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights into sales performance.
o Prepare regular reports for the sales team and management, highlighting key metrics.
Coordination with Other Departments:
o Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
o Communicate customer requirements and feedback to relevant teams.
Sales Outreach and Follow-up:
o Conduct follow-up calls or emails to potential leads or existing customers.
o Assist in lead generation activities and support the sales team in reaching targets.
Sales Administration:
o Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
o Coordinate sales meetings and ensure that necessary materials and information are available.
Product Knowledge:
o Stay informed about the company\'s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
o Provide product information to customers and potential clients.
Quota Monitoring:
o Monitor individual and team sales quotas and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
o Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on meeting or exceeding sales
