developing the end-user modules firmware, implementing new features,

standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer
requirementsRequirements:Minimum 8+ years of software development experience and 2+years as a lead
xe2x97x8f Lead a high-performance team by providing hands-on guidance along with individual contributionxe2x97x8f Work closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define and plan projects and activitiesxe2x97x8f Ensuring high quality code is produced and maintained through code review and frequent defect prevention activityxe2x97x8f Work closely in small teams to create well integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifactsxe2x97x8f Should be strong in Core JAVA and Design Principlesxe2x97x8f Should be very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA and Hibernatexe2x97x8f Should be very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful Webservices and Microservicesxe2x97x8f Should have working experience on RDBMS / MySQL databasesxe2x97x8f Should be proficient in documenting the process and code using standard tools like POSTMAN, Swagger etc.,Job Responsibilities:Guide and mentor a team of developers in Java application development, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and support for complex development tasks, assisting team members in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Oversee integration with various external systems and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of architecture, design decisions, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
