1Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
2Re-check & confirm the details captured in the report are correct
3Check the Diagnose process done at Front end team and order the required part
4Provide customers with in-depth information about available OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options
5Timely updates to customer about repair progress
6Having regular check on Open repairs & ensure timely closure
7Active check & timely revert on mails received
8Ability to know about the Revenue Target - Achieved Vs Shortfall
9Answer customer querys - If required
10Knowledge on Latest Product News & Software updates
11Having responsibilty taken in achieving Revenue Target given to Front End Technician
12Required foresee on escalations, Immediately escalate to Apple or reporting head.
13Build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve Customer Satisfaction rating.
14Cooperate with Entire team and share information across whenever required15Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
