A role in Markets involves trading financial instruments, such as bonds, stocks, and derivatives. You'll also arrange capital raisings, manage debt and equity issuances, and structure, execute, and syndicate transactions for clients.See your commuteThe expected candidate is required to have the below skill specifications:Experience Range- 3 to 5 years (relevant)Comprehensive knowledge of the financial products across business (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives). Create prototypes of innovative tools/models to facilitate decision and analytics for trading or risk business.Work on front office sponsored projectsPerform analysis on P&L of the business to identify key drivers, prepare narrative for senior management and key talking points for the client coverage.Flexible in work long hours (4pm to 1am shift) when required and aptitude for self-learning and ability to cope well under pressure and meet deadlinesAdvanced Excel (Pivot tables, Macros) and MS Office skillsHands on experience in dashboarding tools like Qlikview/Tableau and needs to have good coding skills on Python/SQL etc. Open UI knowledge like Angular will be an added advantage.Work closely with Regional stakeholders and senior management on ad-hoc requests and analysis around Collateral, Revenue and Balances, region wise Interest Attribution, FX and Futures Product Margining, FCM Data Analysis etc.Purpose of the role

xc3x82xc2xb7xc3x82 Coordination of trade execution by liaising with traders, clients, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
xc3x82xc2xb7xc3x82 Maintenance and updating of trade records, transaction logs, and client databases accurately.
xc3x82xc2xb7xc3x82 Reports, presentations, and documentation preparation to support sales and trading activities.
xc3x82xc2xb7xc3x82 Monitoring of market data and assist in the analysis of financial information for trading decisions.
