Job Title: BA with Loan IQLocation- Bangalore, PuneMax Budget : 35LPARole DescriptionResponsible for providing expertise as a business/system analyst in commercial lending & financing accounting &front-office trading transformation as well as play a key role in the regular change management process and alsosupport the test management and planning activitiesTo he successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (Must haveRequirements)Operational Knowledge of Loan IQKnowledge of Complex Lending businesses ideally with exposure to project/export finance structuresElicit business requirements from business users (including accounting, operations, risk, treasury) andsubject matter experts.Ability to gather, model and document clear business and functional requirements/specificationsVery good working knowledge of Loan IQ configurationDefine and implement accounting mapping for commercial lending activitiesWrite functional specifications and work with development on implementing requiredenhancement/changesCreation of test plans and test scriptsAbility to present and discuss with the business and IT users any impact resulting from the projectManage scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycleProvide overview and training for end-usersConfiguring the application to satisfy business requirementsHas prior experience with Data Migration or Integration projectsStrong analytical skills and the ability to merge multiple existing workflows into one, standard flowProven experience in delivering quality specifications that are well understood by both the business anddevelopment/implementation teamProven experience in an IT Development environment with in-depth specialisation in Loan IQ and theability to make it work for complex loansThe successful candidate will also meet the following requirements: (Good to have Requirements)Must have good written and verbal communication skills and experience of communicating complex ideasto management and key stakeholders as well as to project team membersStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations.
