RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and document clients' requirements.
Analyze and design solutions that solve clients' problems.
Work with Product Manager, Developers and QA throughout projects.
Create user manuals and configurations guides (written instructions and video tutorials).
Write release notes and conduct user acceptance testing.
Support the client with configurations.
Act as a project coordinator in projects with software development partners and service providers.
Do gap analysis to identify areas of deficiency in the software.
Do competitive research, read IATA documentation and consult with industry experts to suggest core system enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aviation Management or related discipline
From 2 years of experience in the related field
Fluent in English, both written & spoken
Analytical and creative thinking skills to solve problems
Strong in problem-solving and relationship management competencies
Good communication skills to assist both the development team and business units
Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines
Knowledge of business analysis process and methodologies, software process management and project management
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an efficient member of a team
