business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of stakeholders\' needs. Work
cross-functionally on new implementation, upgrade, and change requirements.
2. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to existing business
processes, promoting efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights into business trends, patterns, and
opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making.
4. Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications,
user stories, and process flows, to communicate requirements and solutions effectively.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and
internal teams, to ensure alignment of business objectives and facilitate effective
communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification and other skills, knowledge, and experience
1. B.Tech + MBA with 6+ years of experience as a business analyst
2. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience working in a matrix environment.
4. HC/Payroll/Finance domain experience is strongly preferred.
5. Experienced with relevant project management tools, like MS Project, Jira, and
Kanban
6. Highly collaborative with stakeholders
