Job Title: B2G Sales/Tender Executive
Job Summary: The B2G Sales/Tender Executive will play a crucial role in managing and submitting tenders for government projects. The individual will be responsible for handling all aspects of the tender process, including identification, preparation, submission, and follow-up. The role requires familiarity with the GeM Portal to ensure accurate and timely submission of government tenders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in tender filing and a strong understanding of B2G sales.
Key Responsibilities: ? Identifying relevant government tenders and opportunities through the GeM portal. ? Preparing and submitting tenders for government contracts with complete compliance. ? Ensuring all required documents are accurately filled and submitted within deadlines. ? Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary documents and approvals. ? Maintaining records of all tenders submitted and tracking their progress. ? Handling communication with government officials and addressing any queries related to tenders. ? Managing post-tender follow-ups and ensuring successful bid closure.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements: ? Educational: Graduation (preferably in Business, Sales, or related field) ? Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in tender filing, preferably in B2G sales. ? Technical Skills: Familiarity with the GeM Portal and tender submission processes. ?Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits: Upto 35,000 INR Per Month
Location and Work Schedule: Agra, UP & 10AM - 7PM
