Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation:
• Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as online marketing, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Sales Process Management:
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.
• Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Stay updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Educate customers on how to effectively use the products to meet their educational goals.
• Customer Support and Retention:
• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the Edtech industry.
• Strong understanding of the educational technology market and products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
