Job Overview We?re looking for a B2C Content Strategist who sees both the big picture and the tiny details. You?ll orchestrate every piece of website content for U.S.-based small-to-medium-sized service businesses (50?100 employees), primarily in finance, accounting, law, and specialized lead-gen niches. Your strategic insights will engage professional audiences looking for premium, high-ticket services?not mass-market solutions. If you excel at balancing creativity with data-driven insights, let?s talk. Key Responsibilities * Create and refine content strategies that speak to U.S. SMB audiences.

• Research market trends to uncover content gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and stakeholders?without ever touching code.
• Keep an eye on analytics to fine-tune ongoing strategies.
• Manage editorial calendars, ensuring projects stay on track and on brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning content for service-focused brands (U.S. market).
• Familiarity with SEO basics and user journey mapping.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple clients or campaigns at once.
• Excellent communication?especially when working with international teams.
• A knack for spotting what?s working (and what?s not) in analytics reports.
