• Lead Management:
• Receive and review leads from IndiaMART , Trade India ,etcon a daily basis.
• Prioritize leads based on potential and urgency.
• Customer Engagement:
• Initiate calls to all leads received from IndiaMART.
• Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Answer any questions or concerns the customer may have.
• Sales Conversion:
• Persuade and convince customers to purchase our products.
• Highlight the benefits and features of our products that meet the customer's needs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
• work on other B2B portals
• Follow-Up:
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
• Maintain a follow-up schedule to ensure no leads are missed.
• CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Track progress and report on sales metrics.
• Market Feedback:
• Collect and relay feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams.
• Identify trends and insights from customer interactions to improve sales strategies.
