We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team and focus on the education sector. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with schools and educational institutions, delivering compelling presentations, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be highly presentable, skilled in crafting persuasive presentations, and adept at identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.
• Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and schedule meetings or presentations and host/organize webinars.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

2. Sales and Presentation:

• Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to educational stakeholders.
• Articulate the benefits and value proposition of our educational products/services effectively.
• Prepare customized sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.

3. Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the education sector.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Account Management:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any post-sale issues or concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions.

5. Reporting and Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and contracts.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the education sector. OR Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements: Candidates are expected to possess a laptop for work.

Skills:

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence educational stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
