Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team within the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding existing accounts, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution. As a B2B Sales Representative in the food industry, you will play a crucial role in connecting our high-quality food products with businesses such as restaurants, hotels, catering companies, grocery stores, and other food service establishments.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food industry. Maintain and expand relationships with existing B2B clients. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food industry trends, products, and market dynamics. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
