Job Profile (Desk Job):

•Sales & Business Development:•

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.

•Cold Calling & Lead Generation:•

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our products/services and generating leads.
Follow-up on leads and maintain an organized database for effective lead management.

•B2B & B2C & Web Portal Handling:•

Manage both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) relationships.
Oversee the handling of our web portal, ensuring efficient operations and timely responses to inquiries.

•Communication (Online & Paper):•

Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams through various channels.
Prepare and handle online and paper-based documentation, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

•Miscellaneous Office Chores:•

Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Provide support in coordinating meetings, organizing files, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum age: 20 years.
• Graduation is a minimum educational requirement.
• Desired qualities include being alert, attentive, aware, punctual, polite, positive, sincere, and responsible.
• Fluency in English speaking, reading, writing, and typing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and web platforms.
• Previous experience in online and tele marketing, database management, lead generation, and cold calling will be preferred.
