Our services include Permanent Recruitment, Payroll Outsourcing, and Contract Staffing. Role- B2B Enterprises Sales Lead This is a full-time onsite role as a B2B Sales Lead-Enterprise Sales. The Sales Lead will be responsible for generating leads, sales operations, account management, and sales management. The role is located in Colaba. Salary- 10-12 lpa Working hours- 9:30 am to 6 pm (5 days/week) Location- Colaba, Nearby Gateway of India Education- MBA/PG in Marketing Experience- Minimum 4-5 years in B2B Sales Roles & Responsibilities: Enterprise Sales: Identify, engage, negotiate, and close large deals with some of the best companies worldwide. Relationship Building: Leverage in-depth connections in the enterprise segment, ensuring top-to-bottom mapping, understanding the current landscape, and identifying business prospects. Communication Excellence: Utilize outstanding communication skills to present, influence, and negotiate effectively. Strategy Development: Demonstrate dynamism and creativity in constructing favorable RFPs, and direct deals, and devising effective sales strategies tailored to the evolving market landscape. Pipeline Building and Sales Management: Develop, manage, and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects and efficient sales cycle management. Marketing and PR Initiatives: Lead marketing campaigns, including online marketing, social media outreach, and public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Team Training and Skills Development: Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring continuous skill enhancement, product knowledge, and sales technique refinement. Target Achievement: Adopt a highly target-oriented, aggressive approach, ensuring sales goals are consistently met or exceeded. Requirements: 1) Alignment with Company\'s cultural values and mission. 2) Ability to lead the sales cycle with client personnel at the CxO level 3) Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in target-based enterprise sales. 4) Proven track record of handling and closing deals with large enterprise clients, both domestically and internationally. 5) Strong network and connections within the enterprise customer segment. 6) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. 7) Experience with CRM tools and data management. 8) A proactive, go-getter mindset with a passion for results and team growth.
