Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential business clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer bases.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Presentations & Demos:
Conduct product/service presentations and demos to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Handle negotiations, address client concerns, and close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Market Feedback:
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to help shape future product and service offerings.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
Experience:
3 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with B2B Sales& EdTech and the ability to understand and sell technical or complex products/services.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations.
Negotiation Skills:
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
CRM Proficiency:
Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to analyze sales data and trends to optimize the sales strategy.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in [Edtech, SaaS, IT, B2B Sales].
A strong network of business contacts within the Edtech sector.
