Job Summary:
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in target markets
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
• Present and promote company products and services to prospective B2B clients
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable agreements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Track sales metrics and generate reports for management to review
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the company's network
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
