Primabiz is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will excel in client communication, sales, and relationship-building. This role
involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our consulting services,
generate leads, and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Primabiz's
consulting services.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups to maintain client interest.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and regular
interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and feedback in the CRM
system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with services offered.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role (preferably in consulting
or B2B services).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
Education Requirements:
• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: Postgraduate (Preferred but not mandatory)
