Key Responsibilities

As a B2B Sales Executive , your primary duties will include:

Lead Management & Business Development

• Handling incoming leads and proactively generating new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking .
• Researching and identifying potential clients in Mumbai's business areas to expand the company's B2B portfolio.
• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Client Relations & Negotiation

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
• Preparing and delivering tailored quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
• Negotiating terms and closing deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.

Sales Process Management

• Following up consistently with prospective clients to nurture leads into successful conversions.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed.
• Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in Mumbai.
• Go-getter attitude with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills .
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Proficiency in preparing professional quotations and proposals.
