Salary: 8 lakh per annum fixed + incentive/commission per deal
Location: Hybrid (willing to relocate to Mumbai)
Responsibilities:
Lead generation and outreach:
• Identify and target potential clients, including startups, corporates, and government agencies
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential opportunities, and target segments
Sales strategy and execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy for chatbot services and therapy services
• Engage with decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers to demonstrate the value of Infiheal's offerings
• Craft compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to each prospect's needs
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with Infiheal's pricing and revenue targets
Relationship management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services
Sales performance and reporting:
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management
Team leadership and mentorship:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development
• Establish a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellence and accountability
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of chatbot technologies, AI-driven solutions, and mental health services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior-level decision-makers
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth
• Experience in managing and leading high-performance sales teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA (good to have)
