Key Responsibilities:
•1. Sales and Business Development: •
? Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing campaigns.
? Present and demonstrate Tally ERP features to prospective clients.
? Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
? Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
•2. Client Relationship Management: •
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
? Understand client needs and provide tailored Tally solutions to address their pain points.
? Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
•3. Reporting and Documentation: •
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
? Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
? Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
•Qualifications and Skills: •
•? Educational Background:•
? MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
? B.Tech / B.E.
•? Experience:•
? 1-2 years of experience in software sales or ERP solutions is an advantage.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
