We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a B2B Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background, preferably with a graduation degree, and have demonstrated expertise in telesales, and direct sales. This role requires excellent communication, conversation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with business clients.
Responsibilities:-
? Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
? Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
? Execute telesales, field sales, and direct sales activities to drive revenue growth.
? Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
? Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the MIS system.
? Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
? Utilize Excel and other tools to organize, analyze, and present sales data effectively.
? Demonstrate enthusiasm for the products/services offered and maintain a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
Proven experience in telesales, field sales, and direct sales.
Exceptional communication, conversation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
