Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive at A Toddler Thing in Coimbatore. The Sales Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales network, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting market research, identifying customer needs and trends, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferably in the baby sector
• Open to travel often for business expansion activities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Knowledge of the baby products industry and market trends
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Willingness to travel and meet clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the eco-friendly or sustainable products industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
