We are seeking a driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to generate revenue from B2B clients. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys, visit propective customers in assigned territory to generate sales.
- Research and identify potential clients that fit the company's target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to learn & use any CRM software
