Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated B2G Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in government sales and tender management , we'd love to hear from you!

Location: Delhi (with occasional travel to government offices)

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Management & Filing: Prepare and submit tenders for government projects, ensuring all documents meet the necessary requirements.
• Government Portals Management: Regularly navigate government portals like GEM (Government e-Marketplace) to find and track tender opportunities.
• Eligibility & Compliance Checks: Ensure all required documents and certifications are in place for tender submissions and that our company meets eligibility criteria.
• Collaboration & Relationship Building: Visit government offices to build strong relationships with officials and align our offerings with their needs.
• Market Research & Reporting: Research upcoming tenders and government projects, and provide regular updates on progress.
• Field Work & Travel: Travel 2-3 days a month to government offices for meetings and collaboration (travel expenses reimbursed).
• Sales Support: Assist the B2G team with follow-ups and inquiries related to tenders and projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year in government sales and tender management, with experience in filing tenders and working with government portals (e.g., GEM).
• Skills: Strong understanding of government procurement, tender filing, and compliance.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with government officials.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Location & Travel: Based in Delhi, with occasional travel (2-3 days per month).
