Job Responsibilities:
• Revenue Generation : Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and maintaining existing accounts.
• Client Acquisition : Onboard new doctors, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and build strong relationships with them.
• Partnership Development : Establish strategic partnerships and manage healthcare industry associations.
• Channel Sales : Manage channel partnerships, healthcare agencies, chemists, and old-age homes.
• Collection : Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any stuck cases.
• Client Retention : Maintain and enhance relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Market Research : Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Reporting : Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and progress.
Key Requirements:
• Experience : 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Target Driven : Must meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Travel : Willingness to travel to clients and partners.
