We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a B2B Executive and Gym/Promotion Activity Organizer. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to blend business development with event management, ensuring our brand reaches new heights in the B2B market while engaging directly with our target audience through gym and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Executive:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the protein supplement industry.

Analyze competitive landscape and develop strategies to differentiate our products.

Business Development:

Identify and target potential B2B clients, including gyms, fitness centers, health clubs, and retail stores.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.

Account Management:

Manage existing B2B accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue from existing accounts.

Gym/Promotion Activity Organizer:

Event Planning and Coordination:

Plan, organize, and execute promotional activities and events at gyms, fitness centers, and other relevant venues.

Coordinate with venue managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.

Brand Promotion:

Develop and implement creative strategies to promote our protein products during events.

Engage with event attendees, providing product information, samples, and demonstrations.

Collect feedback and insights from event participants to improve future promotional activities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with overall brand strategy.

Collaborate with influencers, trainers, and fitness experts to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Utilize social media and other digital platforms to amplify event reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

Strong understanding of the fitness industry and protein supplement market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to plan and execute events, with strong organizational and project management skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.

Passion for fitness, health, and wellness is a plus.
