Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and proactively seek out potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor product offerings accordingly.
• Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop strategies for attracting new customers.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to propose appropriate solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a trading company or similar industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
