B2B Sales Associate-Furniture and Home Decor Industry Job Overview: \xc2\xb7 Do you want to work for Denmark\'s leading modern furniture and interiors chain in the world with almost 300 stores worldwide in 65 different countries. Looking to recruit a talented individual, with a hunger for growth and who wants to become a part of our ever-expanding stores (7 stores in 6 years). The B2B Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting our product offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture and home decor, a keen understanding of B2B sales processes, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. \xc2\xb7 The chosen candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities at B2B channels (Developers and Luxury Projects) Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the furniture and home decor industry. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses. Ensure client needs are met with exceptional service and support.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and interests of each client.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals. Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales metrics, and forecasts. Prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive product improvements based on client feedback.
  • Travel: Travel to client locations, trade shows, and industry events as needed to promote our products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the furniture and home decor industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
