Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced B2B Marketing Lead to join Mindsprint Bangalore. As a B2B Marketing Lead, he/she/they will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, generate leads, and increase brand awareness within the B2B sector. Working closely with the sales organization, the marketing lead will support all initiatives to build a strong brand presence for Mindsprint as a partner of choice for our customers. An ideal candidate must have minimum of 12-15 years of experience with a strong background in B2B technology marketing, a deep understanding of the services and technology sector, and a proven track record of generating and building successful campaigns to enable business growth. The role will report to the VP or Corporate Brand and Communications and be based in Bangalore. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify target market segments and key customer profiles within the B2B sector and develop targeted marketing initiatives to reach them effectively. Work closely with the Corporate Brand and Communication team to develop compelling narratives and campaigns to enable growth. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, tradeshows, and partner events. Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, sales collateral, and product documentation. Work closely with the research team to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation. Work closely with the VP of Corporate Brand and Communications to develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals and maximize return on investment. Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance using metrics and KPIs and provide regular reports to the management team. Work closely with analysts to position Mindsprint as a thought leader. Develop stories and narratives that will position Mindsprint as a partner of choice, and work closely with the PR agency and internal teams to curate successes. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and opportunities to reach and engage with the target B2B audience effectively. Qualifications: Master\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field or an MBA/advanced degree is a plus. Proven track record of success in B2B services/technology marketing, with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience with the last role being in a similar profile. Deep understanding of B2B technology marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Is a self-motivated initiative-driven individual with a strong drive to build an organization as a collective team. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing activities accordingly. Experience in managing marketing campaigns and budgets, with the ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and messaging. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Is open to travel domestic and internationally, as required for projects. Knowledge of the technology industry, particularly B2B software or services, is highly desirable. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
