Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive prefer female candidate with 2-4 years of B2B sales experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and convert leads generated through our social media campaigns. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, suggest the right solutions from our product offerings, and work closely with the field sales team to close deals.

You will ensure smooth coordination between the customer and the field sales executives, ensuring successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads generated from social media campaigns and other channels.
• Contact potential clients via phone calls to introduce our solutions and understand their requirements.
• Suggest appropriate solutions based on the client's needs and explain product benefits effectively.
• Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and progress deals through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with field sales executives to schedule client visits, factory/warehouse inspections, and demonstrations.
• Take ownership of closing sales, from initial contact to follow-up and final closure.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that field visits are effective and lead to successful deal closures.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM with all sales activities.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B inside sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical products or solutions clearly and convincingly.
• Proactive follow-up skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent coordination and teamwork skills to work effectively with field sales executives.
• Language skills: Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, English, and Tamil (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in industries like construction chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial solutions.
• Familiarity with selling solutions to factories, warehouses, and industrial clients.
