B2B Growth Marketer (Full-time)
Location: Remote (Mumbai preferred)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Growth Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, lead generation, and partnership building in the B2B space. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective marketing strategies, optimizing the lead generation process, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Growth Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the B2B sector.
• Lead Generation: Optimize and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, content marketing, etc.) to target potential business clients effectively.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance brand visibility and create new growth opportunities.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling marketing materials, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content tailored for the B2B audience.
• Performance Metrics: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics tools to optimize and refine strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM systems to manage and track leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement throughout the sales funnel.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure seamless lead handover.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in lead generation and successful execution of growth strategies in the B2B space.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
