Summary:

The Sales and Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing key relationships with educational consultants across their assigned territory. They will work closely with the inside sales support team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer service. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:

o Actively identify and prospect potential educational consultants in the assigned territory

o Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase value proposition and loan products

o Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at educational consultancies

o Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets

o Collaborate with the inside sales team to streamline the loan application and approval process

Key Account Management:

o Develop and execute strategic account plans for key educational consultants

o Conduct regular reviews and meetings to maintain and deepen relationships

o Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

o Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in a timely and effective manner

o Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

o Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes

o Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new business opportunities

o Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the education or financial services industry like Andromeda and HDFC Credila

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Passion for helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
