: B2B Content Marketing OfficerPosition Overview:
The B2B Content Marketing Officer at Recity will be responsible for developing & implementing content strategyto increase Recitys brand awareness in the sector, engage customers & partners through promotion and usage of different platforms.
The person in this role must think creatively about how to best showcase Recitys recycling-led business objectives through different content solutions, campaigns and partnershipsacross platforms to depict Recitys operational excellence and processes.
Cross-functional collaboration, ideation within the creative team and writing effective content to be deployed through promotional channels and get the brand maximum visibility and ROI is crucial.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies that align with Recitys business objectives -
Social media: Maintain the monthly social media calendars and posting (including important calendar days for the brand, digital PR activities such as collaborations, events, receiving awards, etc.), with the ability to drive digital engagement and generate interest within potential customers. Minimum 3 posts weekly, with Sales Navigator experience.Website: Manage the website and its growth, including content and partner managementEmailer Marketing: Strategize, plan and create content for emailer marketing on a monthly basisBusiness Growth Opportunities: Create compelling content for product brochures, project manage event participations, develop collaterals for these events with the design team, write for brand-focused competition applications, as well as explore PR opportunities for the brandMonitoring KPIs: Measure and report on the performance of the content strategies and campaigns, assess against success metrics and objectives, observe and evolve the strategyAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform content marketing strategiesQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Post-MBA candidates are also welcome)Must have 4 years of experience in content strategy & implementation, preferably within B2B service sectors like manufacturing, packaging, small pharma companies, etc.Must have experience in working independently as well as in managing an in-house team consisting of creative members and external agency partnersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, must be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detailExperience analyzing Google Analytics, email automation platforms, and using AI tools if requiredIdeal to have good analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
